At BIOPEPUK, we want you to be confident in your purchases. Due to the sensitive and research-focused nature of our products, we have a few guidelines for refunds and returns:

Non-Returnable Items: Because our peptides are intended for research use only and must remain uncontaminated, we generally do not accept returns once products have been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if there’s an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or offer a refund in such cases.

Refund Process: To request a refund or replacement, please email our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to expedite the process.

Exceptions: Please note that refunds or replacements are only provided for valid claims made within the specified timeframe. We appreciate your understanding given the nature of our research products.
